Nice hotel, many rooms updated. But still a basic Holiday Inn - not at all comparable to the other 3.5 star hotels.

The breakfast staff was very confused and rude.

Has a good "efficient" feel, well located and can walk anywhere.

Windows don't open even a crack -
I like air.

Good, well intended staff. New facilities. Well located - can walk to any restaurant and/or bar. Accommodating shuttle drivers that respond well to requests, unlike the DoubleTree in Norwalk.

I did not like being charged $10.00 for parking. It was not fair, other businesses that bid the true price and it was not fair to me.

$10.00 charge for parking, very difficult to get to.
